Is there ever too much Lady Gaga? Well, Madame Tussauds doesn't seem to think so. On Thursday the wax museum unveiled eight Gaga likenesses all over the world. The singer's pal, gossip blogger Perez Hilton, was on hand to help unveil the Los Angeles statue.

That version of the statue has Lady Gaga donning the outfit she wore for her performance at the Brit Awards in February, which was dedicated to her friend the late Alexander McQueen. The look included a white lace bodysuit, lace mask and over-the-top bouffant wig, and Perez seemed to approve of that pick.

"There have been eight that have been revealed all over the world and I think they saved the best for last," he told MTV News, moments after unveiling the statue. "It's such a monumental day because each one of these figures takes months to make, it costs $300,000 to do just one and it's so amazing and lifelike. It's creepy ... that it is so real. I kept waiting for her to blink, but she didn't. It's very accurate. I know that Gaga would be very honored."

So how does Gaga feel about eight versions of herself living around the world? "I know that Gaga is super-excited and happy about it," Hilton said. "And I'm sure that when she has a chance she'll go and check one of them out!"

Gaga statues are now living in wax museums all over the world. MTV News was also on hand when her New York statue went on display. Gaga appears in a sheer black dress paired with a wide-brim hat made of hair, a look she wore to the Consumer Electronics Show back in January.

In Berlin, Gaga wears a blazer, leotard and hair bow; in London, the figure dons a Philip Treacy telephone hat and sparkly navy Armani suit; in Amsterdam, she's in a nude bodysuit, a white blazer and a towering purple beehive. Her skintight black harlequin outfit is featured in Hong Kong, and her wire "wing" dress is on display in Shanghai.

Selena Gomez Talks Justin Bieber Pancake Outing

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber have been pals for a while, but rumors that the teen stars are more than friends ramped up when the pair were recently spotted getting pancakes arm-in-arm.

Despite the mild PDA, Gomez denied there were any romantic overtones to the outing, saying instead that the duo were just getting a quick bite eat while they both had some free time in Philadelphia.

"It was pancakes. Who doesn't like pancakes?" Gomez told MTV News at the Z100 Jingle Ball 2010 in New York Friday, where she and the Biebs both hit the stage. "We were both performing in the same place so we went and had pancakes together. That's all it is. All innocent."

In fact, Gomez has said the Canadian teen idol is more a brother and than a lover, explaining in February that she started looking out for Bieber as he started his journey toward superstardom.

"I love Justin. When he first started to come over from Canada his manager contacted me and he just said that he would like to meet me and he was just such a good kid," she explained. "And I feel like a big sister now, 'cause I want to protect him. So I'm always very cautious with him, but he is so talented and he's so sweet, so that just started us wanting to work together. Now he's just become one of my good friends."

Gomez is also rooting for her good friend at the 2011 Grammys where the pop sensation is up for two trophies, including Best New Artist. When asked who she thinks would take home the hardware between Bieber and fellow Canadian heartthrob Drake, Gomez put her money on the "Baby" crooner.

"I would have to say Bieber just because I know how hard he works," she told MTV News earlier this week. "I hope he wins, but I love Drake as well. It's a really hard category so I don't know who's going to win, but of course I have to say Bieber."

Justin Bieber had girls going insane last week when he announced that he would be flying out five lucky fans to the premiere of his 3-D flick, "Never Say Never," which hits theaters in February. So, when MTV News got a quick second with the singer at Z100's Jingle Ball on Friday, we decided to get him to weigh in on what he's seen of the Jon Chu-directed movie.

"Basically it's gonna be, we're going to be flying kids out," he said about the contest, before turning his focus on the film itself. "I haven't seen any of it [really]. I've seen like a little 10-minute reel, but that's about it ... Yeah [it was in 3-D]. It's amazing!"

Bieber also has been tweeting about his excitement over "Never Say Never," which will include concert footage and interviews. "@jonmchu how is the movie doing? Excited to see the rough cut. Feb 11th is coming fast! #NeverSayNever3D," he wrote over the weekend. "Alright. got to get some sleep. show in Pittsburgh tomorrow. @jonmchu excited to see the movie man."

Chu also took to his Twitter over the weekend to get the buzz going for the film. "@justinbieber the movie is __________!!!!! It has been such a fun ride and I can't wait for u to see what we got for the world," the director wrote to the pop star. "@justinbieber if u hate it it's [your manager] @scooterbraun's fault. if u love it tell @paramountpictures 2get me a purple Segway 2ride around the lot on ... Im Already known as the BieberFreak director on the lot ... Imagine if I got My purple Segway and purple glasses. I'd OWN that name!! #likeit."

Them Crooked Vultures make their debut with a post-Lollapalooza set.

Officially, Lollapalooza ended Sunday night in Chicago's Grant Park, with dueling sets from the Killers and Jane's Addiction. Unofficially, it ended very early Monday morning, across town at venerable rock club the Metro, with a surprise show by Them Crooked Vultures.

To the unfamiliar, the Vultures might seem like an odd choice to close out Lolla weekend ... until you realize that they're made up of Foo Fighters frontman/ former Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl, Queens of the Stone Age mastermind Josh Homme and Led Zeppelin legend John Paul Jones. And their gig at the Metro was their world premiere.

According to some reports, the Vultures actually turned down Lollapalooza founder Perry Farrell's request to replace the Beastie Boys as headliners at the festival, opting to debut in front of some 1,100 super-psyched fans at the Metro, rather than 75,000 in Grant Park (tickets for the gig were announced via Foo Fighter/ QOTSA fan clubs). Meaning that, in a lot of ways, this was the most sought-after ticket in town.

Taking the stage just after midnight, the Vultures — Grohl on drums (of course), Homme on guitar and vocals, Jones on bass and keys and frequent QOTSA contributor Alain Johannes on guitar — ripped through 12 songs in 80 minutes, all taken from their upcoming debut, which may or may not be called Never Deserved the Future, and may or may not be hitting stores on October 23 (early "promo" videos touting both those facts were revealed over the weekend to be hoaxes perpetrated by QOTSA fans).

The songs, with appropriately Homme-ian titles like "Scumbag Blues," "Mind Eraser (No Chaser)," "Caligulove" and "Interlude w/Ludes," sounded pretty much how you'd expect, given the band's pedigree. They rocked, hard — Chicago Tribune critic Greg Kot described them as "fresh, invigorating and just plain nasty" — delving off into psychedelic, reverb-filled excursions and exploring proggy territory, "both of the old-school Yes variety, and the more modern Tool flavor," according to the Chicago Sun-Times' Jim DeRogatis.

It's not known if Monday's Metro performance was a one-off event for the Vultures — there have been whispers of a full-blown tour, but a spokesperson for Homme had not responded to MTV News' request for comment at press time. Nor was it clear whether or not they'll have an album out in October.

Early Monday, a Crooked Vultures Twitter account, which had previously posted links to the band's official-looking Web site and the Metro's online ticketing site — posted a link to what appears to be the group's first bit of official merchandise: a Deserve the Future T-shirt. Cost: $30.

Usher Most Admires Justin Bieber's 'Excitement And Innocence'

Bieber's mentor tells MTV News the teen sensation has 'so much more in store for the future.'

With so much accomplished in 2010, Justin Bieber has certainly set the bar high for 2011. But the teen singer is already gearing up for next year. Bieber will not only release his much-anticipated 3-D flick, "Never Say Never", but he has also teased that he'd like to release an album of all-new material sometime later next year.

His mentor, Usher, thinks that at this point, the sky's the limit.

"As far as music and entertainment, that's the beginning," Usher told MTV News at Sunday's AMAs, where Bieber performed and took home four awards.

"There's so much more in store for the future, or at least there's a ton of things we can do and will, and with the support of his fans who will continue to just grow and grow and grow."

At 16, Bieber has accomplished what few manage with many more years in the music business, but Usher said he wants to ensure that Bieber doesn't stop enjoying it all as his popularity continues to grow and his schedule gets busier.

Asked what he admires most about Justin, Usher said, "His excitement and innocence in it. And I don't mean that in a light way because I think that he's absolutely enjoying every moment of it, as any young man his age would, but in a different way because [of] the hard work that has gone in and led to the dream that has become a reality. And every time you have an opportunity do something incredible, I tell him to do his best and be conscious that what you're doing today should last forever and eternity."
